At used car 123 all of our cars come with a free 3 month Autogroup guarantee. This guarantee covers major mechanical component failure for your peace of mind. Each guarantee includes 3 months break down recovery as well.

We offer the option for you to upgrade to a longer term and greater cover. Please view our guarantee options on www.theautogroup.co.uk, and ask our advisors for upgrade costs.

The new Customer Rights Directive gives you the customer very clear rights, and means you can buy from usedcar123 with complete confidence.

Here at usedcar123 we check every car twice to make sure it is free from major issues. We then make sure it has a current MOT and is up to date on servicing.

We then supply every car with a 3 month Autogroup guarantee including 3 months recovery. You have the option to upgrade the guarantee for greater peace of mind, our advisors can discuss the options with you.

Then, in the event of an issue, we give you a dedicated customer care line to call on 0333 323 0386, they will advise you on how to deal with the issue, and will administer any guarantee claims.

And as if that is not enough, if you do have a serious mechanical failure with the car, in the first 30 days, we may be able to exchange it, or provide a full refund, subject to the following terms and conditions

Terms and conditions

If you are seeking a refund you must return the car immediately (within 24 hours of notification), to the supplying branch at your expense, and in the condition it left. Failure to do so will result in a rejected claim. -Refunds are subject to you, the customer, demonstrating that the serious fault existed on the car when you purchased it (as per the customer directive). We reserve the right to inspect the vehicle. -Guarantees are non-refundable. -Refunds will be paid within 28 days of return of the vehicle if agreed. (as per directive). -If there was a part exchange, and this car is still available, usedcar123, reserve the right to return the car as part of the balance, at the part exchange value, less any costs incurred on the car (paintwork , service work etc). -Where a customer had negative equity, it will be their responsibility to repay the amount to usedcar123, once the car has been returned. -Any finance agreement will be cleared once the car is returned (and subject to negative equity being cleared). -Where a customer chooses a replacement car, they can swap "like for like" on price, or add/ refund any difference on screen price. Finance can be re arranged on the exchange car, on the same terms. -Of course where there is a fault you would like repairing, we will be happy to do this. If a repair is uneconomical we reserve the right to offer an exchange of full refund. -Service items required, and cosmetic defects are not reasons for returning a vehicle. -Usedcar123 will not undertake or pay any diagnosis charge or work identified as part of an external vehicle health check -It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain the car once purchased. -Usedar123 will not be liable for any expenses related to a vehicle return.
