Volkswagen Tayron GTE is a plug-in hybrid SUV based on the Volkswagen Tayron model. It adopts new energy technology and takes into account the power performance of traditional fuel vehicles and the energy-saving and environmental protection advantages of electric vehicles.

Tayron GTE continues the family style of Tayron in design, while adding exclusive elements of new energy vehicles, such as the car logo with blue decoration, air intake grille decorative strips, and GTE exclusive logo.

The plug-in hybrid is equipped with a 1.4T turbocharged engine with a maximum power of 110kW (150 horsepower). It provides five driving modes, namely EV pure electric mode, hybrid mode, power retention mode, charging mode and GTE mode, which can be selected according to different driving scenarios and needs, meeting the diverse needs of users in terms of energy saving, power and endurance.
